Lukas is a Master’s student in Computer Science at the University of Freiburg, focusing on Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP). He previously completed a Bachelor of Science at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) in Lörrach, combining academic studies with practical software development experience in Python, Java, and PHP at Hella Gutmann Solutions GmbH.

His research interests center on extracting actionable insights from unstructured, real-world communication data and developing intelligent language understanding systems. Notable projects include an AI-driven predictive maintenance system using vibration spectrograms and a prototype system designed for the structural analysis and automated topic identification of customer-technician hotline calls. Through his work, he aims to advance robust and scalable NLP methodologies to optimize communication processes and support data-driven decision-making.
