Pablo Santos Blázquez - Zuse School ELIZA

Master’s Student

Pablo Santos Blázquez is currently pursuing a Master’s in Machine Learning at the University of Tübingen, supported by a Zuse School ELIZA scholarship. He previously completed a Master’s in Intelligent Systems and a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering at the University of Salamanca, where he received the Extraordinary Award (2022/23) and was nominated for the Cum Laude Award for young talent. He worked at CARTTECLAB S.L., leading projects in machine learning, IoT, and smart retail, and held internships at ESALAB and the Department of Computer Science.
His research has focused on AI in healthcare, medical image analysis, and automation in retail from the customer perspective—particularly through the development of smart shopping carts. He is open to exploring a wide range of related topics.
His recent work, “AI-Powered DICOM Image Segmentation: A Collaborative Platform for Continuous Expert Feedback,” was accepted as a full paper at CISTI 2025 – the 20th Iberian Conference on Information Systems and Technologies.
